Guidelines for submitting research abstracts

General Information

We invite original research abstracts from dermatologists, medical professionals, and researchers working in the field of dermatology. Abstracts should present novel research, clinical observations, or educational content relevant to dermatology.

Important Dates:
  • Abstract Submission Opens: March 1, 2025
  • Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: October 15, 2025
  • Conference Dates: January 15-17, 2026

Abstract Requirements

Format & Structure:
  • Length: Maximum 250 words (excluding title and authors)
  • Font: Arial or Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Line Spacing: Single-spaced
  • Format: Structured abstract with sections

Context and rationale for the study

Clear research objectives and goals

Submission Guidelines

Before Submitting:
  • Ensure all authors agree to submission
  • Obtain institutional approval if required
  • Verify no plagiarism in the abstract
  • Check all information for accuracy
  • Follow the formatting guidelines strictly

Review & Selection Process

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee based on the following criteria:

  • Scientific Quality: Rigor and validity of the research
  • Originality: Novel contribution to the field
  • Clinical Relevance: Significance for dermatology practice
  • Clarity: Clear presentation and communication
  • Methodology: Appropriate study design and methods

Selected abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or posters during the conference. Presenters will be notified by October 15, 2025.
